About

The Institute for Next Level Learning was founded in 2021 by researcher Frans de Vlieger after developing Next Level Learning, the 4th generation systems thinking. He got acquainted with systems thinking in the early nineties and this has blended with the work he has done since, as you can read below.

The aim of this institute is to share expertise, experience and knowledge about Next Level Learning and potential transitions that become possible (see page “Sharing”). Transitions in scientific research and education are important for creating a new university that forms the basis for a transition to a better world as described in Vision 2100+.

This institute has a cooperation agreement with the Academy for Next Level Learning.

About Frans de Vlieger

Frans graduated in 1988 in electrophysics at Eindhoven University of Technology. The subject of his final thesis was the development of the LED. After that he started working in telecommunications. First as a technical trainer and finally as manager marketing. His work in telecommunications was marked by the rise and development of the internet. In 2002 he changed direction. Where the newest technical insights in telecommunications were initially the foundation of his work, his new insights into the human psyche then started to be his main focus. They formed the basis for his work as an independent consultant in intercultural education and international business. He was a consultant until 2009. In essence, he approached the psyche in much the same technical way as he was used to in physics. This became the basis for his research from 2009 onwards. From the results of his research he developed Next Level Learning. For anyone interested in Next Level Learning everything has been available on www.nextlevellearningtool.com since 2019.
